In 2018, Joseph Lane established Mortgage Lane, a company he single-handedly founded at the age of 23. Over the years, Joseph’s dedication and enthusiasm for real estate has driven substantial growth in his company, securing direct authorisation from the FCA in 2020, and concurrently recruiting and providing training for a team of 16 employees. His journey in the property industry began in 2011 when he initiated his first business venture at the age of 16, ultimately selling it in 2013.
Thereafter, he pursued a course in accountancy until 2015, and in 2016, he transitioned into self-employment as a mortgage broker.
Throughout this period, he developed a strong interest in real estate investment, successfully building a property portfolio valued at £1.8 million by 2018, consisting of incredibly diverse properties.
His expertise in real estate has led Joseph to specialise in financial services tailored to the needs of property investors and developers.
Our director, Joseph, frequently participates in property meetings, where he dedicates extensive sessions, to educate sophisticated investors. These meetings provide a comprehensive overview of financial and mortgage strategies tailored specifically for property investors.
